1. EMT Academy is offering seniors an affordable education opportunity after they graduate. Emergency Medical Services is a career that can introduce your students to many other health care field opportunities. Please contact Mr. Spafford @ emtacademy.org or call, (413) 734-9119.
2. Attention students: Sports clearance for fall cannot be done until the 1st of July so hold on to your sports packets for now. Nurse Dinah will be at Renaissance over the summer and will be doing all the sports clearance for fall. Please come see the nurse a.s.a.p. before end of school year to find out if you will need a physical.

- The Book Fair is coming; the Book Fair is coming!!! Please be sure to visit the Book Fair all next week and buy a book for your summer reading assignment. All books purchased will be buy 1, get 1 free!

Dress down day on June 4 for $1. Money will support a memorial event for Officer Kevin Ambrose who was killed in the line of duty on June 4, 2012. Students are expected to adhere to the following clothing guidelines stated in the Renaissance handbook on pg. 24. Anyone violating the following will receive a uniform violation. Money will be collected by crew teacher the morning of:
- No sandals, flip flops or open back shoes
- Dresses, skirts, shorts must be at knee length
- No hats or head coverings (except religious observations)
- Pants must be worn at the waist
- No spaghetti straps, strapless tops, tie backs or tube tops
- No jeans ripped above the knee
